SCARRED LANDS ENTERS POST PRODUCTION
1/3/2008

Washington, D.C.  - Filmmakers Alice and Lincoln Day, producer Dan Gallagher, and cinematographer Wayne Westbrook have been busy this fall capturing footage that creatively illustrates comments from various Scarred Land interviewees. Location filming has taken place on the National Mall at the Korean, Vietnam and World War II Memorials, as well as the US Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington. The filmmakers have also captured scenes in the District of Columbia, in Northern Virginia, and in Rockville, Maryland.

Editing is in full swing for the premiere of "Scarred Lands and Wounded Lives" at the DC Environmental Film Festival on March 11, 2008.
